We look back at December 2012 when Steve Williams’ street/skate camp at DGK collaborated with G-Shock to release the G-8900DGK, encompassing skateboarding culture and G-Shock's brand ethos of rugged and tough technology. Aligned with G-Shock's attitude, DGK encourages the underdog and people who persevere against all odds to achieve great success.
Dirty Ghetto Kids outfitted the G-Shock in a translucent build accented by purple buttons and lettering. Meanwhile, 20 atmospheric bars of water resistance, a multi-time display, multiple alarms, and a powerful LED backlight provide function to go with the watch’s form.
